Ignition lock cylinder sleeve

Hello guys 
Restoring a GT here in Portugal 
Last owner adapted a different ignition lock cylinder and discarded the original metal sleeve where the lock cylinder attaches. 
Anyone knows where can I get one? 
Without it I can't mount the new original lock cylinder and start the car...
